GLASS FILLED POLYAMIDE (NYLON)

DuraForm EX is an impact resistant rigid plastic that is ideal for Direct Digital Manufacturing applications and functional living hinges.

The DuraForm EX rigid Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) material is an ABS like Nylon blend with fantastic flexural strength making it one of the best rigid materials available today for creating functional snaps and living hinges. DuraForm EX is also, a good general prototyping material for fit form and functional applications.

These extremely tough SLS parts can be used in Direct Digital Manufacturing (DDM) applications where, repeatability and accuracy are necessary.
